DESCRIPTION:

Batch #2 of The Workshop is a contemporary West Coast IPA. It boasts bright hop flavors of citrus, fruit, and pine, hop-forward-yet-harmonized with just enough malt foundation to support the deliciously aromatic hop charges and fermented with clean ale yeast that allows the hops to stand front and center. Bravo and Mosaic Incognito in the whirlpool set the stage with bold West Coast IPA hop flavor and refreshing, crisp bitterness. The heavy load of dry-hops features Simcoe, Idaho Gem, and Talus hops. Simcoe, now a WC IPA classic, has pungent notes of stone fruit, fresh pine needles, and zesty citrus rind; Idaho Gem adds layers of tropical fruit, ripe cherries, and candied oranges; and Talus, a relatively new variety bred from Sabro, wraps it all up in further depth and complexity by adding notes of pink grapefruit, floral perfume, juicy stone fruit, and pine resin.

My son and I loved it. Great taste and smooth. My daughter, son and I went into a bar The 279 Bar across the street from emergency animal hospital after a very tough night. We only had one drink before we went home without one of our best friends.
